Gender inequality is the discrimination of one group of people based upon gender and it plays a hindrance in the human development. In Workplaces, Gender Inequalities can affect the institution day to day working that can disturb the normal workflow of an organization & can lead to discrimination in HR policies, decision-making.
To reduce the gender inequality, media should confront gender stereotyping that has been formed in minds of people. To reduce workforce inequality, proper training must be given to managers & workers to make them realise that inequality could affect a organization as a whole.
